Tuesday Is Friday

Just as the title and I was going to work through Wednesday this week Thursday because Friday is a holiday. Instead I decided to do some of my vacation time that day to just chill out at home. It should prove to be nice although the weather is only going to be so so.

Bug

Looks like the cold bug I was worried that I was catching did in fact stick. While Zoey was home sick last week she gave the bug to Cicely and in the end passing it along to me as well. I hoped that it would pass me by and be one I've already had but no such luck.

Yesterday I started having a little bit of the dry cough along with my throat feeling itchy with watery eyes. Cicely went through pretty much the same thing the first couple days. Unfortunately she also had to deal with the aches and pains all over her body.

Thankfully I did not have that, or if it's what I was experiencing on Friday and did not realize it I'm hopefully past that stage. No matter, anytime that I have a cold along with dizziness and ESPECIALLY an annoying cough it's more than enough to drive me crazy. Yea I know, I am a wimp when it comes to the common cold bug.

Into The Day

Anyway I need to jump into the day and get as much done as I possibly can with the short amount of time that I have available today. Otherwise I will need to take work home with me which is something that I would like to avoid doing this time. There will be enough of that as soon as the season of reviews and related managerial duties start going live.
