Cube Moving Day

So yesterday was the first day of Zoey's new class, the kittens. We were a little nervous how she would react to the class and if she would be okay in there all day long thankfully she actually did really well and I think I had a good time simply based on how tired she was by the time we picked her up after school.

The one thing that is completely new to us and is pretty cool is that there is no need to make bottles every morning now. Instead, in this class, she drinks whole milk and they provide it. If we want to bring in organic milk or something else we can do that and they will give it to her. Or if we want to mix formula and milk to help make the transition easier for her we can do that as well.

They also do not use bottles any longer in this classroom, instead they get them used to drinking from sippy cups. I thought that we would need to supply those every day as well, we can, but the cool thing is that they will provide them if we don't bring them.

Moving Again

Today was the scheduled day for me to have to move cubes. It has now been just over a year since I was moved up to manager and the same amount of time that I have had my cube. We have been discussing for quite a while that we were going to reconfigure cubicles, make more space as well as make it so that managers have smaller cubes like everyone else.

It a way its a little bit of bullshxt that we have to do that, but we all agreed that we did not mind doing so, so that is what they did. I dunno, I am not much about status when it comes to something like that although it does make you feel a lot better when you have needs and have the space to set up a quick meeting or something in your cube.

No matter it's all done now and should be for quite a while hopefully. I guess there is always the chance that the new company comes in and changes things around, I don't see that happening if only based on what I have been hearing.

No matter that is about it for today, the days have been going by in the blink of an eye and I have so much crap that I need to get done! Oh well that is part of it right? It will all get to a point that it's done and I don't have to worry about it

Photo: Random cubicle photo that I found to use for today's photo of the day. There was not much else so this is it, plus it fits the theme nicely.
