School Day 2

It's finally Friday as well as day 2 of class for this week. Yesterday was a really good class as I mentioned in that post and today should be more of the same. We do have to do a few more group activities as well as one that will take place in the front of the entire class. I would volunteer but to be honest I am just not in the mood today to do a performance ha ha. Should it get awkward and no one is volunteering then maybe I will throw my hat in.

Seems that I have a tendency to do that to push myself if nothing else. I am not much of a public speaker so every chance I get I try to work on it. Doing so has helped me quite a lot to be honest, but again - just not feeling it today.

Weather = Sucky

Well the rain is back again which surely means that it is snowing in the mountains which then translates into me not being able to head up anytime soon to try out my new mountain bike. Of course to do so would require me to have said bike as well and as of now I do not.

According to the cycle shop I think that it was supposed to get in this week around Wednesday so my guess would be that if in fact it did, they are either building it or it's in their queue to do so. I would not tell them this but even if it took another week I would be OK with that. I have the trailer hitch coming in on Monday according to the UPS tracking which means I would not be able to install it until next weekend. Then I still need to order a bike rack for the hitch after that. I think the bike shop has them but there is one that was recommended and I really like at the dealer I picked up the hitch from. Bad part is that one is not released until July - that is so far away!

Good 'Nuff

I think that will be it today. I am writing while Cicely is taking me to class up at UNR and we are almost there so I gotta wrap it up. We are running a little bit late today which sucks, thankfully the classroom has all of my stuff in it from yesterday so there is no fear of not getting a good seat.

With that, enjoy your Friday and if the week has been less than desirable for you my suggestion would be to asses what went wrong, how you can make adjustments with yourself or your own environment and make next weekend a better one. The ball is ultimately always in your court whether you think so or not.
