Go, Go, Go!

Yep it's "go-time" once again. Time to start a fresh new week and prepare for a very busy month ahead. Today will be initially filled with me trying to figure out what the heck happened with regards to my teams time entry. From what I was told from our payroll department was that I had not approved time for something like 3 weeks give or take. Now I know first hand that this is not accurate and there must be something else going on that I am not aware of. I went in while I was off work simply to approve time and have stayed late many days to do the same when my team had forgot to put theirs into the system.

So yea that will be how the day will begin. Follow that up by me doing the remainder of the mid-year reviews I need to take care of as well as finish up a few game QC's that came through last week and I am basically going to be non-stop for the better part of the day if not into the evening as well.

Going to school 2 days last week really put a wrench into it and forces me to take care of much more today. I guess I could have went in over the weekend but I decided that was not in my best interest as my world is still doing from all of the stuff going on anymore. Seems most days I honestly don't know which way is up or down.

This week is also truncated because I have class on Friday once again. Thankfully this week it's only the one day though. Two days does not sound like much I know but it really messes up the week which then makes it hard to focus in class.

This month between school and in-house classes at work I will be out of the normal day-to-day for at least 7-9 days this month. Ends up being several per week but I need to get through it and learn all that I can so I can put this stuff behind me and get back into a groove.

Weather

Enough about work and school for today. I am happy to report that the weather is finally getting nice once again. It's a little bit cold this morning but is suppose to hit the high 60's by the late afternoon and continue to get warmer throughout the remainder of the week. If the weather guesser are accurate we should be in the low 80's by this weekend. For those that do not know, that is one of my favorite temperatures. Low to mid 80's is always so nice. You can enjoy the outdoors without burning up.

Hitched

So according to the UPS tracking number my new trailer hitch should be here today when I get home from work. That means I can get started on installing it this weekend and hopefully finish it up in a reasonable amount of time with no hiccups along the way. The install seems fairly easy and straight forward although I know I have to drop my exhaust system down to do part of it and I am a little concerned about that.

If school gets out a little early on Friday, well on time would be "early", at 4:00, I may try to start working on the install at that time vs. waiting for myself to get my butt motivated to do it Saturday morning.

Bike Done?

Hopefully I will get a call this week that my bike is in and built as well. I have been waiting just over 9 days now so it should be here already and built this week I would imagine. If not I may have to start being that pain in the ass customer and call them up. Until this point the weather has been too shxtty to ride so I did not care. With the weather outlook for this coming weekend, now I care a lot more and want to go for a ride and see how it is. I sure hope I enjoy it and it does not destroy my back. If so I am screwed and will have to sell it.
