Teething's A Pain

Long night for Cicely and Zoey last night for the first time in a long time. Cicely slept in the chair in Zoey's room most of the night so she could get up right when Zoey was upset and needing to be turned over, blanket adjusted, pacifier found and tucked back in.

Eventually she would fall back asleep and Cicely would get comfortable, sleep for another 15 minutes, half hour or however long before Zoey needed another adjusting to fall back asleep again.

I did not sleep very well through the night either for some reason and I did not even hear her cry more than one time I think and that was only the first time that she was waking up around 2:00am.

Cycling

I was able to go for a spin today on the trainer which was awesome. Yesterday I rode for just over 25 miles and was worried that I would be hurting this morning, especially my lower back. I was a little stiff this morning so I was being extra careful not to bend over fast, stretch out too far in front of me.

Once my body warmed up I was good to go and decided to go for a bike ride again today. My plan was less than an hour and I ended up riding for an hour and fifteen minutes and 20.2 miles total. I climbed 1,084' and ended up getting a few more achievements in the trainer as well. I was upgraded another level on my rims, another jersey or two as well.

Anyway it was a nice ride for a trainer ride. I just crank up the music and zone out for the entire time. The two main trainers that I use are actually a lot of fun for sitting idle. In reality I would probably not ride much during the winter so having the trainer is killer.

Family

Zoey's grandma and grandpa came over today to visit her for a couple hours and hang out with kiddo. She had a great time and was trying to be a good girl and in a good mood even though she was not feeling 100% because of her teeth coming in on top.

3D Printer

Today I am going to try and do a few prints on the 3D printer and see how many bad prints, errors and mistakes I can get out the other end.

It's really not that bad, but it actually is because the material is so dam expensive and because we don't have a heated bed the temperature of the house makes a difference as well.

No matter it's still fun to print out a few things and see what I get out the other end whether it's good or not. It's the only way to eventually understand the technology as it grows. Although anymore it seems that by the time a person is ready for the next new thing they have dumbed it down and it's much easier than before by huge amounts.
