Five Days Down

Windy out this morning as though a storm is going to be coming our way. The weather guessers show no signs of this in their guess reports they haphazardly deliver throughout the week.

My guess is that we may see a little sprinkle of rain if the clouds don't manage to relieve themselves as they come up and over the sierras. Even then it will be an amount so small that it will do little more than put a nice scent of rain into the air and help the sage to give off its desert fragrance.

The ski resorts are probably hustle ting again this season. I honestly cannot see them having a very good snow pack with the small amount of snow we have received this season so far.

This puts a little bit of a damper an the fact that I want to go up with Cicely and get lessons on cross country skiing and then potentially take up the sport to give us something we can do during the winter months. My guess is that at some point Zoey will want to ski or snowboard and I am not sure if my back will be up to the challenge but I would love to do that with her so much!

I have been boarding for 20+ years and it would be cool to pass on to her. Although if we went snowshoeing, cross country skied or ski skated I think we would have a great time as well. Simply depends on how big of an adrenalin junky she is.

If she takes more after me then she will want to do all of the more extreme sports and not cross country, snowshoeing or ski skating. Only time will tell and all that I can do is guide her the best that I can while supporting her wants and needs in the things that she wants to do.

Cubed

Today I am scheduled to head out for lunch with some of the other leadership and play a few of the new games and cabinets that are put out by what was our competition but is now going to be the new owner of our corporation.

I am very curios to see how their game plays, how the look and feel of the cabinet holds up to what we have to offer as well as what I may need to keep in the back of my mind with regards to template get and future development on this new platform.

I will still have little to no idea whether or not it's running a resolution we currently support or not. If it's something we can dual develop for as well as cover all the usual asks from sales and our business partners in the company. More importantly those that purchase our games, the floor managers and the operators of each property.

Solid

Other than that there's not a whole lot going on for the last day of the week. It will be nice to mess around with the 3D printer this weekend if I can find the time - which I should be able to.

I also, just like any other weekend, want to make sure I can get in a few miles of cycling. I have not been able to do as much as I would've liked to of done this week so it's a huge priority.

Otherwise if this is your Friday as well I hope it's a good one and you're able to roll into the weekend with a smile and get some rest relaxation.
