Okay so it's already pushing 10:00 PM and I am just now starting to write my entry for the day. How shxtty is that? For me it's really shxtty! It's been nothing more than one of those crazy days that ark tarted off fast and never let up from the second I walked out the door.
Class
So my training class was pretty good this morning although more of a refreshers since I went through most of it in detail in my UNR classes for the human resources program that I went through.
It always blows me away all of the gray area that surrounds human resources, labor laws as well as salary vs. hourly employees and the rules within each of those in relation to holidays, overtime per day or week and so on.
Anyhow
Believe it or don't I am wrapping this entry up right now so I can head out to the 'pain cave' and put in a few miles tonight. Nothing crazy, probably something along the lines of 10-15 miles at the most. I am fairly exhausted to be honest and don't think I could push myself that hard tonight without regretting it tomorrow if I was to get hurt.
So, with-that and for real this time I am heading out and will chit chat with you on the flip-side of things.
