Relax, Finally!

It's finally the weekend and I am stoked to have been able to wake up without an alarm clock this morning. The fuzzy kid did wake me up as he always does so I don't forget his breakfast, not that I ever would but he likes to be sure of it.

Once up and having fed Oggy it was time to go through all of my emails and videos from the week that I was not able to check out during the week. It really becomes apparent how much media I consume on a weekly basis when I see how much it overloads my inbox when I have no time to watch it all.

New Car

After work last night we decided to go over to the KIA dealership and see if they had the Rio in stock that Cicely wanted and if so take it for a test drive. Unfortunately they did not have one and the one they could possibly get was down in San Francisco. We did not want to deal with that so we asked what else they had that we might be interested in.

As luck would have it, they had a killer Soul in stock that was fully loaded to the brim. There is nothing else you could possibly add to this car as an accessory other than maybe all weather mats (which we will soon). It has everything from a killer Infinity sound system to interior mood lighting and lighting that goes in sync with the music. A massive all glass moon roof along the entire top and a sunroof as well.

Creature comforts like heated front and back seats, air conditioned front seats, heated steering wheel - the list goes on and on trust me!

I know Cicely is going to be sad to turn in her bug. I mean she has had a VW Beetle for her last 3 cars, 9 years or so. I think with all the comforts, safety features and so on she will love this new car even more than those. Only time will tell, but I think it will work out that way. Plus it's a great car for Zoey also.

Mom

Going to run a bunch of errands today most likely and try to make a trip south to Carson City to see mom for a couple hours or so. I love seeing her but don't care for the long drive there and back to do so. Nothing we can do about that at this point, just happy she is somewhere safe where she can be taken care of.

Anyway, I hope you are having a great weekend as well. If you are working, have a good day doing so and make the best of it. It's still another day and we all should appreciate that!
