Burning DTO

So today I am off work. Not because I have some crazy-awesome plans or worse am in bed sick, it's because I am maxed out on my DTO and if I don't start using it I continue to lose it. It really sucks to be honest. I realize most people would be like "what the hell are you talking about"?.

Problem is that Cicely is super busy so she had to go in and work today. We also need to save DTO for her to use when baby comes. So yea, she could not stay home today so it's just me.

I think I am going to run down and get some errands done actually and accomplish a few things like that while I have the day to myself. I need to go get a blood draw done that I have been putting off as well so maybe I can do that and get it out of the way. Fun stuff, I know huh! Hey it is what it is :)

Blood

So like a fool I decided to make an appointment and run down to LabCorp and get my blood work out of the way. I am sure the doctor is going to want even more done after the next visit, seems to always be the case and yet another stick in the arm - boo! You would think that I would be getting better at it but that is not the case - I still hate it. Oh well at least I am done for the time being at least so that is the positive side of that coin.

Meh, That Does It

That will have to be enough out of me for one day. I don't have a lot going on for my day off from work and that is exactly how it should be. I am mostly just playing it by ear. The weather is nice and I am still in shorts and t-shirt which is awesome.

Cicely was able to go meet up with her step-mom Kay at the Eldorado to have lunch. That is great, she rarely gets to do lunch dates so that makes me happy she is having a good day!
