Quake

Holy crap is it smokey out again today. I was under the impression that the fire was pretty much out, guess that is not the case. It has been a valley of smoke for nearly 2 weeks now, blah!

Rumble

Sitting at work around 6:00 PM last night when suddenly the floor and ceiling started to rattle and rumble. Holy crap what is going on, ahh a good old Nevada summer earthquake. Now we are getting the odd weather I am used to during the summer months.

What is even crazier is that Cicely was listening to one of our home cameras and heard the earthquake hitting all the way at home first. Scared the shxt out of her too because she was laying her head down on her desk for a few minutes because she was not feeling good!

I guess it was centered only 2 miles from home and was 4.1 magnitude, about 10 miles I think below the surface. It felt much bigger than that but thankfully it was not. Figured we would have some aftershocks today and last night but there were none.

Ok that will do me for today. It has been another "troublebaker chasing his tail" kind of day. I am supposed to do the lawn and crap tonight but I have a feeling that may need to be done Thursday when I am off. I need to get some more shxt done here at the Popsicle stand.
