Doggy Day Care

Well I am happy to report that I was able to get the front and back lawn mowed last night as planned. It did not rain on me but it was pretty dam cold still.

Lawn Treatment

This morning the guys from Vital-n-Green were able to come out early before we left for work and do our second application of nutrients and what ever else they put in the mix. I was worried they would not make it out in time which would mean we would have to take 2 cars today.

Not a big deal, but it's just nicer to carpool and save some gas and miles on both cars. No worries though, the guys were out before 9:00 AM and finished / gone within 15 minutes.

Fuzzy Kid Care

We were under the impression that the stuff they were putting down was just going to be the granular mixture again. Unfortunately it was not, this time it was a spray like we use to get done from other lawn places. You are advised to stay off the lawn as well as keep kids and pets off of it for at least 4 hours. Not possible since we were already a little behind today, I have an early meeting at work and Cicely has to go to work at the same time.

What this all translates to is Oggy getting to go for a car ride and then over to one of the local Doggy Daycare's to spend the day. The last time he walked in grass that was treated like ours was today was over at my dads for a BBQ and he had a bad allergic reaction that made his paws blow-up like balloons. We are not taking any chances with our little guy this time, it's too scary. Plus who knows what it may do long term since he cleans his paws often and the stuff gets into his system.

I hope he has a good time and is safe while at daycare. Generally he just hangs around the people that work there and not the other dogs (yea he is antisocial like his papa) but it is still good for him to get out and have some stimulation with peeps of his kind.

Moms

Tonight after work we go over to moms for our weekly check-in / check-up on her. This will equate to bonus #2 for Oggy because we plan to pick him up from daycare first so he can go with us and visit his buddy Nemo and grams. He will absolutely love it I think and in combination with daycare he should sleep good tonight!

Lock-It-Up

Alright time to dive back into the remainder of the daily grind and kick some ass on my game development. Hit the gym this afternoon, get home in time to do it all again tomorrow. I have my ear nose and throat doctor first thing tomorrow morning so that is a shxtty way to start any day!
