Making Progress

Made progress yesterday working on my midyear reviews with my team. Feels really good to be moving along. Currently, the problem is that I still have more to do and not only do they take a long time to do one-on-one but they prove to be well received so that is well worth the time investment. The most difficult thing is doing the actual write-ups, they take forever and I lake to be as complete as I possibly can.

Anyway, for me its back at it for the day - trying to get more reviews accomplished and in the end, all of them completed before the week is over, more like Thursday to be exact. We have a movie day at work on Friday which means that there is no real way for me to do any reviews that day or wrap things up. Plus, Thursday marks the final day that they need to be done 'officially'. So here I go once again at nearly midnight, working on additional reviews to get one step closer.

Photo: Good looking KTM 'Duke' motorcycle that I keep on seeing outside on the way into work now that it's warm out. I'm not sure whose it is but it's pretty cool looking. I have to quit looking at it though. Springtime weather and new motorcycles is enough to give me the bike bug! Honestly, now that I'm a dad I don't think I would risk it.
