School

Back to school today for the final class of the week and it's Friday as well which is the icing on the cake to be honest. It has been a crazy couple of days and I have no idea where the time went. At the start of the week I thought everything was great and movin' along surprisingly well, it was but the "calm" was deceiving.

I was busy enough to honestly not notice how crazy the days were until yesterday I realized it was nearly 4:30 in the afternoon when I started eating my lunch and was still needing to get a mound of things accomplished.

All said and done it worked out and I did put a few things off until Monday that were not deemed "critical" in my book to be finished for the week. Let's just hope it does not start the week off on a bad foot because I have classes Wednesday, Thursday & Friday so I have to cram 5 days into 2, fun!

Lunch

School lunch today was something different again which was cool. Not my favorite but it was a local sandwich shop called Jimmy Johns. They are a chain but local to the campus I guess would be the better way to put it.

For me it was 1/4 of a roast beef sandwich, 1/2 of a chocolate chip cookie, 1/2 of a Pepsi and 2 pickle slices. Yea does not sound like much but it filled up the tank perfectly and I am satisfied to the fullest. Now let's get on with the second half of the day.

We get out at 3:30 and I may swing by Home Depot and bury the new electric mower I have been looking into and considering for the past few weeks. It's not cheap, at over $500, but I think it's bad-ass no matter. More on that later if I end up getting one.

Bike

Good news, my mountain bike showed up at the shop yesterday and they called me today to let me know that they have it built and ready for me to pick up, sweet! I can't do it today because I need to go home and build the Kuat bike rack so I will go pick it up and get it adjusted tomorrow morning. Again, more on that later I am sure as well.

Sum

Well that does it for this day. I have a fried brain from doing financial math for 8 hours straight. Looking at financial statements, annual reports and everything in between. My brain is mushy and it's time to chill for a bit, heck maybe since I only had 1/2 of a cookie at lunch I will have a beer after work!
