School

Well it's finally Friday and I am very happy about that. It means that my crazy week is nearly over and I can start to focus on other things of interest. Namely what ever the heck I want to focus on or not!

Non-Stop

So in its entirety the week was nothing more than a nonstop crazy brain overloading week. I think I actually have a information hangover today from the amount of knowledge, concepts and related that I have been trying to absorb the past few days.

Don't think I am out of the woods yet though. Today I have class up at UNR working toward my management program certificate. I will be happy to get another class under my belt but knowing that I still have several left, many of which I cannot take until the fall, bums me out a little bit to be honest.

I do have 2 classes in June, well 3 total days, and I will have most of my core and electives out of the way with the exception of one class that I had to miss for Zoey's birth - yea that was worth missing obviously.

Today's class is structured around talking until you are blue in the face with someone and how to avoid it and/or deal with the situation when presented with the challenge. I have been looking forward to this class because it's a common problem in big corporations when everyone seems to be jockeying for position on a daily basis.

My goal today is to gain some knowledge and potential tools to be able to reroute these conversations and form new beneficial conversations at that time. Maybe that too is not worth the effort, I guess I will know more by the end of the day and can begin utilizing it from today forward in meetings, one on ones and so on in the studio and outside of it. Should be a great class I simply hope there is no role play, I am exhausted from role playing in the boot camp the past 2 days!

Credit Card Fraud Fucks

So some stupid mother fucker did a little magic and stole Cizzle's debit card number and used it on hundreds of dollars of crap at some engineering supply place or something in North Carolina. So now she has to go through all of this crap to get it resolved and it will not be complete for a good 5 to 7 days more than likely.

I hope they catch the stupid mother fucker and we press charges on them. I swear I can't stand that shxt, even more-so than wind and graffiti! More on this later I am sure once it is all worked out and we are past it. Right now, it just sucks ass and I feel really bad for her. Thankfully it was caught in a reasonable amount of time and they did not get the charges up into the 10's of thousands of dollars!

Photo: Across the street from the retirement facility mom lives at there is this trailer park that has more speed bumps in one stretch than I have ever seen. Someone does not fully understand the concept behind the space between them. Or they got a great deal on them? Crazy!
