I just don't understand sometimes how a kiddo that is only 22" long and weighing in at 9 pounds can generate such a huge dump! We were told that because of her shots yesterday she would be getting some odd diapers but nothing like this. It was too much for the usual baby wipe cleanup and required a morning bath - which Zoey actually loved, she loves being in the water just not the lotion and cold part that follows soon after.
If you are afraid to scroll down, don't be - I would not use the giant diaper full of green for the photo of the day today. I have some taste people give me a break! Anyway, that was how our morning started out - I hope yours was filled with something sweeter and more enjoyable.
Cizzle Bike
So we got a call yesterday that Cicely's bike would not be done because the wrong part came in for the tubeless setup that I ordered - bummer! That means that I will have to drive my car again today so we can use the Kuat to pick up her bike. No big deal really, we wont go riding anytime soon anyhow more than likely.
I was reading last night about baby trailers and seats and found out that we are not supposed to take her on any rides or adventures until she is at least 1 year old. I am glad I looked that up because I honestly had no idea what age was OK to start getting them out. The kiddos can handle it but their necks cannot, plus add-on the additional weight of a helmet, even though super light, and it makes the bobble-head they already have, that much worse. So we will be waiting to take her on rides for now.
Anyway, stoked to get her bike today and have it at home for us to start riding at some point. I want to go sooner than later but the weather and extra time left in the days has been few and far between so it has not worked out. It will soon enough, plus I want to find some sweet beginner single track to ride.
Cubed
Work has been busy as expected because of the shortened week. As mentioned before I have to cram 5 days of work into 2 days that were already jam packed in the first place.

Once Thursday is over I will breathe a huge sigh of relief. I am looking forward to the 2 day boot camp but at the same time I am nervous about being late. The instructor is critical, almost militant when it comes to this training. I understand but also feel that we hired him not the other way around so if there is going to be any leeway then we call the shots.
Ahh no biggie I will put my best foot forward and go with the flow of things. I am not one to stir the pot with something like this so I will kick back and enjoy 2 days of learning and certification!
