Training Day

Up and out of the house for an early start today. We have an off-site co-worker that is in town to do some training for a few various development tools we all use, or should be using.

From what he told me yesterday, the first class went pretty good and lasted almost the entire day. I assume the group I will be in will be engaged as well and it will be an all day thing as scheduled. If not, that's ok too - I have a lot of work to get done on my games.

Blah

In other not-so-interesting and potentially too much information news I really feel like crap today for some reason. My stomach is going into a bit of overdrive and I feel as though I am going to throw up at any moment. I checked my temperature and it was a little low, 96.5 and I have been a tad shaky and dizzy this morning as well.

It's pretty much my luck since I will be required to sit in a class all day. Had it been any other day I would have made it a late start and tried to get over it before going in. Hopefully it will pass soon and I will begin to feel normal again.

Not sure what triggered it either. We did have these little slider sized burgers that we bought the other night for the last 3 or 4 meals. Sometimes my body gets pissy if I eat too much meat. Oh well, nothing I can do but wait it out.

Helicopter

On the bright side the mailbox was full of goodies last night when we got home. I had 3 out of the 4 anodized parts that I ordered for my Spektrum transmitter. The transmitter lanyard, couple more batteries for the Nano and a lipo battery charging "safe box" also showed up. Always nice to have some goodies waiting for you after a long day at work. Plus it gives me something to mess with this week as well.

Would have liked to have flown a little in the simulator last night but by the time we ate dinner and made food for the rest of the weeks lunches it was already pushing 11:00 PM. No real point practicing when you are tired and not able to focus as well.

That is about enough out of me for today. Cicely is driving us to work so I can relax for a few so I better take advantage if it. Here's to hoping this crud passes and the middle and end of the day is better than the start has been!
