Awesome Results

So first email in my inbox today was from my health vault. I get alerts and updates before going to the doctor so I know what my test results were from prior blood draws and related. I am friggin' stoked to say that today my results were PERFECT for the first time since my early 20's with or without medicines. Its a huge thanks to my beautiful wife along with my current doctor and my stubbornness to stay on track with our elimination diet, woot!

Pops Birthday

Father's Day has come and gone and it's now time for my dads birthday today, Happy Birthday dad! I hope it was a good weekend of celebration and that today is great as well. I know we had a really good time hanging out with everyone both Saturday and Sunday.

Art Show

Tonight we are scheduled to go out to Cicely's parents house to attend her younger sisters first art show and sale. I sure hope that she has a good turnout as she is a really talented artist and deserves the success.

She works in many different medias as well which makes it even cooler, while at the same time mixing and matching various styles of art. We have one piece that she made for Cicely and I as a wedding gift using stencils and spray paint and it's amazing and means a lot to us. We just have to find the right frame for it and up on the wall it goes!

Anyway, our plan is to attend as well as support her, I hope she has a great turnout and it leads to even bigger success in the future!

Gray Area

So today starts the busy week in cube life, trying to find more peeps for the group by doing additional interviews this week and next. Meetings upon meetings as well as meetings about those upcoming meetings. Yea seriously we do that in big corporations, meetings about meetings, without hesitation. To be fair I use to laugh about big companies that did this and after being a part of one for so many years at times it actually makes sense to have them.

Sundown

Time to call it an entry and get my butt back into my day. Still need to hit the gym and throw some weight around as well as jump in the cardio equipment for my usual pre-strength training session.

Looking to be a good day and a nice week as well, just really full. And if it does manage to go to shxt I plan to kick it in the ass and make the best of it.

Photo: Is it just me or is there the shape of an upside down vagina in the new wall they built along one of our highway 395 exits. Not complaining, just appreciating the art! Kinda like clouds, I recognize things in abstraction that others do not.
