Painting Day 6

Holy shxt I had no idea what we were getting ourselves into when we decided it would be a "good idea" to take a week and paint the house interior. Honestly I thought for sure we would have been finished 2 days ago. Yea lesson learned that's for sure.

One More Coat

So we had a few walls that had some issues with what they call "flashing" where there are parts that are shiny and parts that are not as shiny. Anyway, the required us to do just one more coat of paint today and then I think we are done. Tomorrow we will still have to remove tape and do a few of the touch up spots here and there but overall it should be the last day, I sure hope so!

Out

Based on the above I need to keep kicking ass on this project so I can actually meet my goal of being done and starting to get the house back in order. Cicely has a fashion show that she is providing jewelry for tomorrow so we need to try and get to bed at a decent time. Well at least after a couple shows of Eureka, or at the very least one. Hope it was a great week for everyone, mine was tiring, but rewarding. Soon it will be time to paint the garage, utility room and one bathroom. But dare I say - I think those should be pretty easy actually.
