Birthdays At Work

I don't know what is up but I am not going to start complaining or turning over stones to find out. What is it that I am referring to you ask? Well what else; the mellowness and ability to put my head down and work this week and even more-so today. Little to no external drama or excitement even as busy as I am. Kinda strange to be honest and has me looking over my shoulder and watching out for whispered conversations in random places as though someone knows "what's up" or "what's coming", nope none of that either. Yea go ahead, call me paranoid I don't mind! Maybe there are a lot of people off this week because of the upcoming Easter holiday?

Not Much

So other than a monthly, Office Space style birthday celebration in our studio there is really nothing for me to write about. The only difference is that we had more than enough cake-like-treats to go around. I will of course being doing my usual workout this afternoon and before and after continue to work on games but that does not make for interesting reading in the least. Even for my own reference one day. I think I will simply be content once again with the lack of craziness. As mentioned, I am a little paranoid, but based on history it's for good reason to enjoy it while I can.

And so...

With that I will leave this post for now and call it complete. Should there be some excitement added to my day then that will be as good of a reason as any to come back here and add it. For now, I am taking my luck, a birthday celebration treat and hiding out in my cube for awhile. Oh and if you were curious I was not one of the birthday peeps this month.
