Today we are going to make a trip up to Lake Tahoe to have some fun on the beach again. We haven't been able to get back up there since last summer and if I remember correctly that was towards the end of the summer.
So heading up there one time was probably not enough for her to really enjoy herself and play. Last time she was unable to walk or crawl and I think that Zoey still had a total blast just like we did with her. This time I think she will have even more fun. Last summer she was so young and could not do much more than sit with us or have us hold her while in the lake freezing our butts off.
Cycling
I had originally planned to get up early today and go for a bike ride before it started getting too hot outside. Unfortunately Cicely and I could not make up our mind as to whether or not we were going to go to the lake. By the time we finally decided there was no way that I could go cycling and then be home in time for a nice trip up to the lake for the rest of the morning and early afternoon before it got too hot out.
Anyway
That is about it for today. My entries are starting to wind down a little as I get closer to the 1,000 entries mark. Takes more time than most would realize or think that it does to do a daily entry.
Then add to it all of the other daily things that I typically do. A photo entry for Zoey, a daily photo of my mug as well as other things like checking email, seeing what is going on around the social media areas and related.
It can consume several hours of your day and with most of it you end up with little to nothing to show for it other than the blog entries. They tend to be a little more personal and specific.

Okay I will keep rambling if I don't stop writing right now so that's what I'm going to do. Have a great day, I have every intention to try and do exactly the same.
Photo: Our 'golden ticket'! We were finally able to get into one of the beaches after a 100+ miles of driving around and over 3 hours in the car. All that aside, Zoey did so good as she always does, thank you sweetheart!
