Morning Class

So we are up early out of the house and hauling ass today to get to work because I signed myself up for a morning class at the learning center on campus.

This class will focus around employees that may be disgruntled or dealing with problems with anger or violence or related both inside and outside the workplace seeing that it can be contagious within both.

My hope is that we will be given tools and methods for those of us in leadership to identify and help employees cope with or get professional assistance with these problems while at the same time protecting those around these individuals to not be hurt, or infected by the same bad methods of thinking.

Honestly these are all things that I have dealt with in my HR classes up at the University of Nevada Reno as well as in my business leadership and management degree programs. No matter I think all information is good information when it comes to this sort of thing and getting another point of view is always good in my book.

More times than not you get so many different perspectives that it's extremely helpful to learn methods to handle employee, family and related situations.
