Wow here we are already on Tuesday which this week is Monday because of the long weekend. Just as expected and even though we got out early last Friday the weekend shot by. Always more stuff to be done as well and we never get everything finished.
On the bright side I put in a respectable amount of miles on my road bike which in my book translates into kicking ass. Of course this is all a repeat if you have read any of my previous posts because I rabbled about this Saturday after getting home, gobbling down food and posting about finishing the 100 kilometer ride that I wanted to complete as part of the February Strava challenge. I am crazy happy about that.
I had also mentioned that I am trying to complete the 28,000' of climbing this month although because of the fact that I started 11 days into the challenge I need to get in approximately 1,500' per day for the remainder of the month to be successful and that may be pushing my body a little too hard honestly.
There is the 150km challenge as well, I don't think I will be able to bang that one out unless I were to get up hella early this Saturday and go for it. We will see how it goes. I would like to spend quality time with Zoey and be able to possibly put her new trike together and take her for a spin.
If not seeing that it's a birthday present for her, we can always go to the Sparks marina and use the stroller for her, then take Oggy as well so he can get a lap around the marina in. He has been neglected when it comes to his walks as of late and I hate it. By the time we get home, get things going, I go for a ride or spin on the trainer it's dinner then chill time starting to wind down for the evening.

Lately we have only taken him to the mailbox and back which is a super short walk, maybe 1/10th of a mile if that. We used to take him on a walk before, almost every night that was just under a mile. Need to get back into more of that, he needs his time with us as well and we enjoy spending time with him. He is such an awesome fuzzy kid!
Photo: This is a cool panoramic shot from one of my bike rides this past weekend. These are always so cool because they make you feel as though you are at the location the photo was taken even more than a square photo.
