More Rain, Nice Though

Okay so this will literally be one of the shortest posts to date. Yeah I know that I have said that many times in the past and they were anything but short. This one will be 'the one'. Reason being, it's nearly midnight, I just finished going for a bike ride and showering as well as the other stuff to get ready to go back to work tomorrow and it's now time to sit back with Cizzle and watch The Walking Dead and have some dinner.

Most of the day was rain or sprinkling at the very least. It made for a great day to take a nap on the couch or snuggle up and watch movies - none of which Cicely or I did. We were both either online or doing other things to keep busy. Actually I think Cicely did take one nap but I would not even call it that because she was up in almost 15 minutes because Zoey decided  that it was prime time for her to get up, eat and play some more before wearing herself out and napping again.

Cycling

Hey on the plus side I was able to go for a decent ride this evening on the trainer and it felt really good. The dérailleur on the bike is always pissing me off and was no different on the trainer. So I spent some time tonight getting it all square away, well for the most part anyway. It will need a little more tweaking to be perfect but that is no big deal either.

TV

The first airing of National Lampoons Christmas Vacation aired tonight which means that it's officially that time of year again to start spending money on others, being miserable when family is in town and being their usual selves (according to the movie). The movie is of my favorites so I will have to save it so that I can share it with Zoey one day when she is ready.

Last thing; The Walking Dead was crazy and crazy good as well tonight, but super crazy sad as well and unexpected 100%. They killed off the main younger girl, Beth, so we won't know much else about 'what's next' until at least the . I think it starts back up in February of 2015. Dang seems close but hecka far away at the same time.

Anyway

As promised that will have to be it for tonight. Tomorrow it's back to the game studio once again and back to the daily grind. Thankfully only a few weeks left and we will have many more days off work to be able to hang out as much or a little as we want to. For me personally that is exactly what I like.
