Heavy Eyed

So I started a pretty good entry this morning I somehow managed to delete it? Not sure how exactly, maybe a random finger hit before actually closing the Blogger app. Dam that is annoying when shxt like that happens but it is what it is right.

Thursday

So being "Captain Obvious" it's the 4th day in the week and the week is cruising along pretty well actually. I was given the green light by HR to start doing my reviews for my team and so the fun begins and the pressures of the following year will begin for everyone.

My hope is that it will be a smooth process for everyone and they will be excited for the challenges and things to come in the new fiscal year. On the other hand, many will be discouraged if they feel that they had a much better year than they truly did. On the plus side of things this gives them a great chance to do nothing but go up!

Anyway 

Time to cut this post off and call it a day. I'm really tired today for some reason. I did stay up later than I should have last night but not too crazy late. Oh well, the day it's nearly over as I wrap this up.

Time to go watch Doctor Who and chill for a few before hitting the bed and staying over again tomorrow. My posts have been a little dry lately, apologies for that, just not a lot going on this time of the year really. Maybe a little more once the holidays get here, dunno. No matter it's writing and that's what counts!
