So first and foremost the Blogger app for the iPhone is a complete piece of shit and really and truly should be reworked. There are so many issues with it and I think they need to sit down and have a real heart-to-heart as to whether they plan to improve it or cut their losses and take it behind the barn and shoot the piece of shxt.
Why all the hostility you ask? Well because I had a long, detailed and nice entry complete and all I did was switch over to the camera app to take a quick photograph of my beautiful daughter that I planned to use for today's photo of the day and what do you know? When I switched back to the app it all of a sudden switches itself back to the 'start page' of the Blogger app and removes everything that I had previously written, what a piece of shxt!
Sick
So as I mentioned I am still fighting the stupid cold that I started to get on Friday and today I am finally feeling little bit better. I am definitely not back to myself and if you could hear me talking you could tell my the sound of my voice.
Cicely has been making me some really good, super high in vitamin C drinks and they seem to be helping to get me over this cold that much faster. Usually vitamins and related do little to nothing by the time you are already sick because the cold needs to run its course. Although unless its just the luck of the draw with this cold and its not 'that bad' of one, it does seem to be helping.
Breakfast
So both yesterday and today Cicely has been cool enough to run down to Starbucks and get us some breakfast. You would think that it would be super high calorie and bad for you but it's actually the exact opposite. Their food is not that bad and they actually do their best to keep it low calorie, high-protein and decent for you.
It's a much better alternative than going to say McDonald's or some other fast food place for example. Even the places such-as IHOP and Denny's are crazy high calorie if you are not careful. Even if you are you still end up with meals ranging from just under 1,000 all the way beyond 2,500. Considering an average adults daily intake is only 1800 - 2500 you can see how easy it is to over do it even when ordering sensibly.
Ride
So there is a chance that I might go for a quick ride today on the mountain bike. I am not sure if it's the wisest idea I have had seeing that I am still fighting this cold, but at the same time it may help me to feel a little better getting out of the house for a few hours. Plus the ride I am considering is a fairly easy trail that is used by both hikers, horses and mountain bikers.
It's an out and back that I have done a couple times and if I don't go off the trails at all (which I have considered doing this time) the ride ends up being just over 10 miles. Not much considering what I normally do on the road bike but decent and/or average for the mountain bike. Even if I did go off the main trail and do some of the single track it would not add much more than a mile or so at best to the overall ride. That would be my guess anyhow, maybe even much less.
Work
After my ride I could run past the game studio and pick up some paperwork that I am in need of to finish up one thing that I have been unable to do over the past week which is the scheduling for the last to quarters in fiscal year 2016. Of course we stopped by work two days last week and did I think to grab them? Nope, of course I did not - dang it!
Now that means I have to drive all the way there and get them today otherwise I have no easy way to set up the schedule. I took the time to add all of my notes and related onto it and therefor its almost priceless to me when I have to work on scheduling and/or scheduling issues.

Fork In It
With that I am going to put a fork in this entry and consider it done. I can't remember everything that I had written about earlier before the piece of shxt iPhone application for Blogger decided to get rid of everything I had written. I know, I am being hard on it but dammit, free or not it should be able to do more of the basic things that it seems to have a difficult time with.
Anyway, not getting back on that soapbox, for now I will consider it a lesson learned yet again with the app and go forward from here. I have been considering using it for the stuff we want to do for Zoey but again, the lack of stability and related worry me a bit even though it's owned by one of the biggest big guys on the internet, there are still issues and it feels as though it's a product they no longer care much about supporting or improving - oh well.
Photo: Zoey playing in her jumper. She can get so high in this thing, it's awesome - I want one!
