The weather guessers now say that it is supposed to get a little warmer for the last part of the week. That will be great news for all of the kids going door to door for candy!
Car Service
So the Sportage was taken in yesterday and they put on the new trim pieces in no time at all. I prolly could have just waited for it to be done but it was easier to pick it up later in the afternoon after I was done working out.
They did a good job and it looks as though the new pieces will hold up better than the OEM parts did. If not, it will be another trip back to have them swapped out again - no big deal.
Late Night
I stayed at work too late last night trying to resolve an issue I was having with some updates on a part of my game we are tweaking. I finally called it quits and ran with what I had around 9:00. It was time to get out of there, get home and see my fuzzy kid and Cizzle. Plus she was making some awesome Blue Apron dinner that I did not want to be late for and have to eat cold.
Kiddos
Today all of the kids from the Child Garden daycare that we have on-site here at work will be coming over to do some cube to cube trick or treating. I did not participate this year although once I saw all of them cruising around getting candy I wished that I would have brought candy.
Next year if they do it again I will. I thought about handing out post-it-notes, one per kid but figured they would not appreciate that very much - hey, it's all I had in my cube that I was willing to part with! Plus we will want baby to go around and get us a bag of candy next year so we will have to participate in the event to be fair.

Ok that will be it for today. Tonight we need to go over to moms and check on her, make dinner for her and stuff. Another long day so it's about time to dive in and get on with the day. Hopefully your day is going good and the week is treating you well.
