Yep Its Tuesday

The snow from yesterdays random spring snowstorm has managed to all melt away yet the cold from the storm is still lingering around, with a slight amount of chilling wind in the mix that cuts right through a non-windbreaker jacket.

As much as I complain about snow, especially this time of the year I have to be honest and tell you that the snow was kinda cool since it did not hinder anything. Don't get me wrong, I don't want more of the frozen white stuff - I am ready for spring.

So to show my protest I made sure to wear shorts and a t-shirt today - lets hope I am not freezing my ass off for nothing and mother nature gets the hint!

Surprised

I stopped to fill up the car with gas on the way home last night and decided it would be a great idea to run over to the local store and pick up some flowers and a nice card for Cizzle. It's really the least that I can do for such an amazing person.

I am happy to say that it was a total successful as she was very happy and surprised when I handed them to her upon walking through the front door - woot! Unfortunately because of her big jewelry debut tomorrow she had to immediately get back to work. That is ok and I understand completely. We still had a nice dinner and conversation along with the fuzzy kid as we do most nights.

Tuesdays Gone

With that, it is time to cut this post off and move on with the remainder of my Tuesday. It's steady at work and that is a good thing. I had a little NyQuil last night before going to bed so I could get a good nights sleep after managing to pick up some odd cough the past few days. It worked great but it has managed to make me a little sleepy today. Oh well, it's only one day out of many and I will recover from it. Probably sooner than later since the gym tends to jump start my afternoons with energy. I will look forward to that then and call this entry - complete.
