Sound Check

One two, one two, one two - sound check! Yea I know, most everyone has probably heard that at least once today because of the date, its still a cool one so I could not resist since its not every week that we get a date like 12-12-12!

Frosty

Today it was supposed to snow quite a bit down in the valley according to the "weather guessers" but it did little to nothing and because of the slight amount of moisture in the air mixed with the freezing cold weather and wind all night we ended up with some pretty crazy frost on the cars this morning and the reason behind today's photo. The photo does not really do the frost justice, this stuff was mega-frost and super thick, I just took a shot of the chunkier parts because it looked cooler.

Sore

Holy shxt its the test that keeps on giving! I have been really sore all day because of the testing yesterday. I thought I might be a little bit but nothing like I am and have been all day. At times I even get some zaps in my legs that are similar to the shocks I was getting yesterday during the testing process. I sure hope that those don't hang around for very long, as mentioned, that test is something I am very happy that I did but also want to forget about it as soon as I can. Not to mention springing out of my chair as I frequently do has a much different outcome when your legs are not under you as you are use to, or when they decide to zap you upon jumping up.

iPad

I think I am going to have to go down and get a new iPad this week. Most likely I will just get one of the 4th generation ones that have the A6X processor and the retina display, not a mini. Reason being is that I mentioned before that my company is switching over to this other corporate mail client that will essentially lock our the device for pretty much anything other than what they deem necessary.

That means everything I have become accustomed to using will be locked out and I cant go back to one of my other iPads because they are 1st generation and will limp along at best while running most of the new applications and games. I love geeking out on new toys but I did not really want to spend a bunch of money on a new, but not new toy if that makes any sense. I guess I have little to no choice if I want to keep using one as I have for the past couple years.

Another short post today. Not a whole lot to talk about so I figure it will be better to just leave it short and sweet rather than end up with a bunch of filler. Maybe it will snow tonight (really hope not) and that will give me something to talk about tomorrow. If not, that is ok, it will just be more of the same as today I suppose. Little of this, little of that. Until then, happy sound check day!
