Studio Movie Day

Jumped out of bed and into the usual morning routine today. We needed to get out of the house fast to get to an early doctor appointment to start our Monday on a Tuesday. Still making it to the appointment with seconds to spare, nothing out of the norm for us though.

Doctor Visit

Overall my doctor visit went great. Awesome heart rate and pulse, lungs sounded good etc etc. All of the normal tune-up stuff was all good to go. No new medicines or anything like that so I am stoked about that and it means I am doing what I should be exercise and food-wise. I am due for my tetanus shot very soon, now actually but I keep putting it off. Why? Because that shxt hurts and I am a huge wussy when it comes to needles.

Now all of that said there is one thing I am kinda bummed about - my normal doctor has left the practice and I have to once again start fresh with a new one. Seems easy enough I know, but anyone that goes to the doctor to keep up on their health knows what a pain it can be to try and get your new physician on the same page with things you have been working on, or maybe things you have been watching and so on.

I guess I should be happy that it's the same practice and the majority of the staff are still the same as well. I have had physicians in the past that have closed the practice entirely so you then never know what you are going to get when you show up and I have had some real assholes to be honest, well really only one that was really bad - I think that one should lose their license to practice or at the very least have to take a class on people skills as a doctor but that is an entirely other story I wont go into.

Yippie Ki Ya Mutha' F'r

After lunch we are going to the movies with our entire studio to watch the new Die Hard movie titled "A Good Day To Die Hard". I am really excited that we are going, I have been wanting to see it since I saw the preview.

I am pretty confident it will turn out like the others in the series and that is ok. Tons of action, explosions and better than an afternoon at the office.

The afternoon at the movies will put me a little behind on a few projects but if everyone is there then it's a wash really.

Happy Monday to myself and anyone else that was lucky enough to have yesterday off from work. The week is looking to be a little colder than the past week. Heck today we even had a slight dusting of snow waiting for us. No big deal, I only hope the weather is great in a few weeks when we get our shed build and our new living room furniture delivered.
