Eureka is a great show by the-the-way. We stumbled upon it by total chance while watching Warehouse 13. They make slight references to this place called Eureka as though we should know about it. There is even a character on Eureka that makes a few appearances on Warehouse 13 for a few episodes to help with some IT type issues at the warehouse.
V Day
As everyone knows today is February 14, Valentines Day. The day when men are supposed to blow their women's socks off with chocolate, flowers, balloons and bling. At the office it almost resembles a contest of sorts with flowers, balloons and gifts shooting skyward from the gray cubicles like trophies.
I am really lucky because Cicely does not expect that sort of thing, or want it. We usually just have a nice lunch or dinner together as we normally would but maybe an extra good morning "smooch" and a happy Valentines Day to one another. We think its more important to enjoy everyday together, not only the days media tells us to be kind and loving to one another.
I love our relationship so much because of the little things like that. We just do what feels right to us and it has been awesome since day one.

Tribal Knowledge
Meetings and training today to get our group on the same page with some of the new tools and refreshers on some of the older ones we may have become rusty with due to non-use.
No matter I actually really enjoy the training sessions. You always learn something new or a new way to do something you have been doing for years.
Gone
Enough for this entry, I am hoping for a shorter day today, 8 hours rather than the 10+ hour days I have been doing this week. I have a nice 4 day weekend right around the corner so that makes all of the long nights that much more bearable.
