Sore

Not much going on today. I am sore from my procedure yesterday and have this friggin' headache that does not want to go away, I am sure it's because of the Propofol (Diprivan) anesthesia, it seems to always bother me for a couple days. Even the weaker stuff like they used yesterday has the same affect.

A little tid-bit of information about my anesthesia, it just so happens that it is the same stuff that the king of pop, Michael Jackson was addicted to (so the story goes) and is what ended up killing him if I remember correctly. I can see why too, man is that stuff nice - I took the best nap ever - even if only for 20 minutes or so it was solid!

Cizzle

So it has been raining most of the afternoon along with big BOOMS of thunder shaking the building and scaring the shxt out of everyone when it happens. I generally like the rain showers and lightening shows but today Cicely has her second fashion mob going on and because it is outdoors it will not go over as well in the rain. Last I heard they may move it to one of the big theaters downtown if it continues to rain as hard as it is now.

That is great news because the "show will go on"  but the crappy part is that not as many people will know that it has moved or be able to show up. they are supposed to have the local paper there again and who knows what other media. All I have to say is that I hope it is a success once again, and more importantly that she has a good time! I know she is getting a little burnt out. Not because of anything in particular, just that she is working a lot to get it all done while coordinating everything she needs to, make appearances and maintain her day job and related.

She is kicking-ass doing it so far, but I think she will breath a huge sigh of relief when it is all done Friday night. Only problem is, knowing Cizzle, she will be getting ready for the next big event - that is if she has not started to already!

Exit Stage Left

That will do it for today. I don't need to be looking at a computer screen or iOS screen any longer as it is only making my eyes squint and my head pound a little bit more. First world problems I know, but it is what it is and it's my day's outcome. So on that note, the week is almost over for most of us, I have Cicely's big fashion show to look forward to tomorrow night and what's more is that it's Friday which means time with the fuzzy kid, Cicely, the couch and whatever else I deem important - oh and the garage - yea that is still a work in progress - but fun!
